WATER USE REGISTRATION

October 1st - March 1st is Well - Relift Registration Season.  The cost is $10 per well or relift.  Any person who fails to register qualified ground and/or surface water withdrawals by March 1st, as required by state law, shall be classified a delinquent water user and in addition to registration fees, must pay penalty fees for late registration as follows:

Failure to register by April 1:                      25.00 fee
Failure to register by June 30:                    50.00 fee
Failure to registure by September 30:       100.00 fee
