Phillips and Monroe County Conservation Districts sponsor their Annual Safety Day each year in October at Marianna Civic Center, Marianna, Arkansas from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The purpose of Safety Day is to educate students on how to live safe and accident free lives.
